We had such a great experience! Brad Moore took care of mostly everything for us before we even got to the dealership which made the process so fast and easy! He was super nice and friendly and appreciated him helping us find my car!

I had a really good experience it just they weren't able to fix my car because I don't have the funds to fix it I just wish they would have a payment plan so for the people that can't fork out thousands of dollars all at once has a chance to pay little at a time till the funds are there to fix it. But other then that great customer service great people!

Had my Buick Envision in for scheduled oil change. Technicians discovered a gash in the wall of one of the tires… when Tyrone contacted me, he went over and above to try to help us get a set of tires before we headed out on a trip. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get the preferred brand in time, and we located a full set at a different vendor. Thank you, Tyrone, for your genuine customer service!

Tyrone at the Levelland service center was a tremendous help with my tire issue that another tire place did it incorrectly!! The entire service personnel went above & beyond to adequately service my tires!! They have my complete trust & will continue to take my Malibu for ALL services!! I bought my car there as well & have been 💯 % satisfied!!
